Bill and Marty welch Biography
Marty and I have been passionate about nature since before we met back in high school. We have avidly pursued this passion from the early days, shooting thousands of rolls of black & white film & Velvia slide film on 35mm and medium format cameras.
We evolved like everyone else into the digital age, in the early 2000's. Our emphasis is on Wildlife and Landscapes and our travels have taken us from the Amazon River to above the Arctic Circle.
Our favorite place to be, and photograph is Alaska, a place we have visited many times. We also enjoy photographing the birds and animals that share our property with us in Caesar Creek Township, Ohio.
We strongly believe in photographing animals in the wild, and we do not photograph captive or controlled animals.
